The public is encouraged to meet Representative Geoff Duncan, candidate for Lt. Governor for Georgia, who will be in Camden County to address a breakfast meeting on Saturday morning March 24, 2018, at 9:00 am. The breakfast will be at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4379 located at 101-C Industrial Drive in St. Marys, directly behind the St. Marys Police Complex.
Rep. Duncan of Cummings, Georgia, was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2012 and served until his resignation in 2017. He served on the Banks & Banking Committee, Information & Audits Committee, Interstate Cooperation Committee, Science & Technology Committee and Ways & Means Committee.
Duncan pitched baseball at Georgia Tech on a scholarship, was drafted by the Florida Marlins organization and played on their AAA team. He married his high school sweetheart Brooke twenty years ago and they have three sons. They started and operate a marketing business.
Breakfast on Saturday, March 24 will be $7.00 a person and will start promptly at 9:00. The proceeds will be used for the Wee Read Project in Camden County.
Camden GOP Chair Rachel Baldwin encourages Camden County voters to take advantage of this meeting opportunity in preparation for the May 22 primary that has three GOP candidates on the ballot for the office of Georgia‘s Lt. Governor. The May 22nd election will also decide non-partisan elections such as School Board and Judicial races.
