The Indians of Chattooga coming off of an electrifying win over Dade County will travel to Darlington tonight looking for a share in the region title. Darlington is the Goliath in Region 7AA, a private school in Rome who has every tool they need to win championships. Darlington is the only undefeated team in the region, Chattooga and Model both have one loss.

Coach Hammon, “our kids are ready, we know how to execute, we know how to play to win, I know what I will get from the team.” The majority of the Indians games this year have been decided by one score, earning the team the nickname the ‘cardiac kids’ from Coach Hammon. Keys to winning tonight, “play mistake free football; keep them out of the end zone, burn up clock and play all four quarters.”  From the injury standpoint, Chattooga is looking solid, Darion Foster sat out one practice this week with a banged up shoulder, but he will be ready to start tonight.

Grab an umbrella or a tent and come out to cheer on the Indians tonight.
