Isaac Foster finishes his football career at Chattooga as the all time leading scorer in school history with 336 points.
Isaac Foster scored his 242nd point against the Coosa Eagles earlier in the season to break the school record. A record, he and his twin brother Isaiah would swap back and forth for the remainder of the season. Isaiah Foster finished as the second all time scorer in school history with 316 points.
Isaac, rolled up 16 rushing touchdowns with 137 carries and 1,362 yards this season. The 10 yards per carry average was the highest in the state among players with more than 100 carries and he ranked 5th in total yards in spite of having the fewest carries among the top 10 rushers. Foster added nearly 400 yards passing and a passing score on his offensive stats.
Isaiah, walks off of Buddy Windle Field and into the history books as the all-time leading rusher with 4,378 rushing yards and was the first Indian running back in school history to have three consecutive 1,000 yard seasons. Isaiah had 1,627 yards on 200 carries, averaged 8.1 yards per carry on his way to rolling up 17 touchdowns this season.
Both brothers maintain academic excellence as well, maintaining over a 3.8 GPA. The Foster twins also see much success on the basketball court and the track. They are a fine example of student athletes.
