Are you looking for fun activities for your family this 4th of July?

Join the fun and watch an array of beautiful fireworks tomorrow at either of the two events in Glynn county that are sure to bring tradition and memories alive!

If you are looking for some old fashioned fun for the family to enjoy, join the festivities at Mary Ross Park for the Old Fashioned 4th of July event from 7:00pm-9:30pm.

Families will be sure to create lifelong memories of yesteryear with games, watermelon, fireworks, and food. Did you know that Brunswick has been voted 2016 Reader’s Choice Winner for best 4th of July Festival?  Mary Ross Park has the best sack races, hot dogs, and 4th of July Fireworks nationwide! This event is sponsored by the City of Brunswick, Brunswick DDA and Brunswick Landing Marina and the fireworks are spectacular!

Families and friends will also be gathering at the St. Simon’s Island ANNUAL 4th of July Sunshine Festival 2018 at the Pier Village in St Simon’s Island.  There will be an Arts and Crafts Market on July 4, 5, 6, 7 from 10 am to 5 pm all days.  Shoppers will have a one of a kind experience at this fun event.

There will also be a 5K Run from 7am-8 am  called the One Mile Fun Run Sponsored by Golden Isles Track Club.  Then at 2:30 there will be a Golf Cart Parade at the Mallery Park next to the Pier.  Entertainment will be provided by the Traveling Riverside Band from
6 pm – 9 pm and from 9:30 pm – 10:15 pm spectators will watch the wow-factor fireworks at Neptune Park.

So wherever you decide to celebrate this Independence day in the Golden Isles, rest assured you will have a grand ole time and one that will be the envy in all the nation!
